The MDE site and app is going nuts! Luckily I got mine this morning, but I feel for those having to deal with it now.

The site isn't showing half of my tickets, but has my FP's correct for 4ppl. The app on the other hand is only showing that I have FP's for 3ppl and is excluding my husband. I am sure it is just glitchy right now, I just hope it doesn't lose my FP's!

I'm getting "All circuits are busy" when calling and "unable to fully complete your request" online through MDE, so frustrating!!

I've been checking daily for SDMT FP+ for our May 23rd MK day and now I'm getting this!

Yep, the system is crazy right now. I got my fastpass earlier with no problem. Then I decide I want to change my time & it's absolutely nuts!

Now imagine if a few weeks ago Disney had said "FP for 7DMT will be available the morning of 5/2 for dates starting 5/28." THAT is what the first morning of BOG ADRs was like. I'm so happy for those of you who got in before the crash!

On hold for ONLY 20 minutes. ALL Disney systems down. Only certain info is loading. Of course, FP+ reservations are not. Tech support can no longer help @ this time. They are working hard to fix.

Very frustrating for sure....We are there until the 24-28th, but I had FP+ booked for AK for the 28th when hopefully the SDMT will be open...I am going to try and switch parks/FP+ from the day before so we can ride it, but I am scared to cancel the AK passes and switch now since the system is so crazy..

This would be the day we had ortho, so I didn't find out until now. I figure there will be some once it gets going again. Will keep trying! I believe this is the day free dining came out too? So a busy day for Disney systems.

Call the tech support number listed in MDE. They have a different system and have been able to make changes for me. YMMV.

Something tells me that they learned a lesson, but was not ready for the reaction this morning still!

Online chat advised me after a 30 min, 49 sec wait that only Tech Support could help for security reasons. Then TS advised the ALL Disney systems down and they no longer have access. But call back later or try online/APP, because Tech is helping Tech. Really?

Yes official opening date is 5/28 so that would be the earliest day to get a FP+ time.

I just hope the 2 I was able to make before the system crashed are still there, along with the others I made before, including a A&E one!

I will be nervous until the system is back up and I can see with my own eyes everything is still there!!!
