Got QVC to honor price drop

I did my Xmas shopping in July for my kids....got a PS3 bundle from QVC and did easy pay....noticed yesterday price down $65+...I called not expecting them to match price (would have reordered and returned). I was very surprised when she said...all set difference applied to original payment form. I got email within 10 minutes.

IDK how many months out they do this for----but might be worth watching.

That's wonderful to hear. We have always been impressed with their customer service.

Yup, that's why I love QVC. You probably bought your system during XMas in July, which is when they started their special XMas return policy.

I've had QVC price adjustment my prior purchases automatically. I get an email from them that they refund my card, etc. It's happened twice over the years. Great company.
