Got Pixie Dust? A June 2009 PTR ~TR Link, Page 180

All your Disney "stuff" is so cool! I wish I could make stuff like that!

That's an awesome job on the villain puzzle. I don't think I'd be able to keep it up; I get distracted way too easily and it would probably be left untouched for months and then re-started...then left alone...over and over.

I can't believe how big Nala has gotten, she is SO cute! I love her in the second picture with her back legs stretched out. :rotfl: My dog does that frequently, especially in the summer -- he'll belly crawl under my bed and all you can see is his tail and the frog legs sticking out.

I can't wait for any updates this weekend...

Those trip journals are TOO cute. What a nice friend you have. :goodvibes
I don't really have much to offer you on what kind of dog Nala is, but maybe some Beagle, hound something? She's just cute, that's just what she is!

It was super sweet of Katie to spoil us with goodies!

I keep seeing beagle in her, too. She's so cute she gets away with almost everything. One of my favorite things that she does is when she finishes eating she picks up her bowl in her mouth and prances around the house with it. :rotfl:

That puzzle just draws us in -- we'll walk through the kitchen and suddenly stop to look for a piece of Maleficient or one of Ursula's tentacles.

Nala weigh 24 pounds now -- it's all that Purina Puppy Chow, I guess.

I bet your dog is hysterical looking under your bed!!! I can just imagine! :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2: Chelsea and I get such a kick out of it when Nala does her frog impression. Right now she is laying on the chair, on her back and her legs are dangling off the chair -- she is too funny!

Love that puzzle. I totally agree a fun family activity. That package of goodies is great! So cute!

So, Nala is a bit of a thug these day? Give her a year or two, and she'll settle right down for you :lmao: She sure is a cutie though whatever she is.........:confused3

OMG, CP, Nala has gotten so big! How fast our babies grow, eh? :goodvibes

I love all the stationary, it looks wonderful. What a nice treat. And that panaroma puzzle is awesome. Too old for my DS, but not for me! Do you have any idea where your MIL got that?

Very sweet Disney mail! I'm not sure I'm that creative- or patient!

And I can't get over how much older Chels looks now- growing up!

Nala is just adorable- whatever she is. I can only guess a beagle mix of some kind? But only because of her coloring on that one..... she's cute no matter what! How about a "Disney dog"? Sounds better than a mutt!

Those journals and stationary are precious!! What a wonderful package to receive. :goodvibes

Love the puzzle! I never really thought about doing a big puzzle like that as a family activity. Hmmmmmmm.

No matter what Nala is - she is so darn cute! :goodvibes

I love that puzzle, Marc and I almost bought that a few months ago but then decided puzzles + kitties = bad idea. :lmao: TK --- we saw the puzzle at Target.

Your goodies are so awesome! I just adore the trip journals!

Nala is getting big! My cubicle mate says she looks like her grandmother's puggle (pug+beagle) so there you go. :lmao: She's a wicked cutie.

LOVE all your STUFF!!!!! The puzzle looks great---I think the Easter Bunny is going to be bringing Miss Megs some Disney puzzles this year!!!!

WOW! :worship: Your Disney mail is so awesome. Katie is very talented!!! :worship: I love everything but am especially intrigued by the post it holders as I am perpetually using post its at work. I may need to find out how to make such a holder! ::yes::

An update heavy weekend, you say???

:cool1:  :yay: :dance3: :cheer2: :cheer2: :dance3: :yay:  :cool1:

Thanks for the nice compliments! It's fun for me to do those things. I like to craft and since my trip isn't until December, I have to let it out.

I would be happy to either make some of the post it holder for you if you would like. PM me your address and I can send some to you!

Sorry to hijack your thread, Jackie, just a quick message... :thumbsup2

Thank you everyone for the nice comments! I love to craft and make stuff and so this was so much fun for me too. For the journals / trip books, I got these at Hobby Lobby and then decorated with ribbon and scrapbook stickers. The note cards are just 8 1/2 x 11 paper cut into 4 sections and decorated, and the note cards are chipboard covered with decorative paper and then I take some super-sticky tape and attach the back of the post-its to the chipboard. I'd be happy to share more specifics if anyone wants me to - I love making them!! :wizard:

OK, hijack done!

How lucky you are to receive such nice treats :cloud9: !! I am green with envy!

We booked the yacht for Friday June 12th! :dance3: Does that work out for you?

What cute Disney stuff! I asked Em what she thought. She said, "Cute!" Then I asked if she would use it if I made her one. She said, "No." Ah, the joys of raising a teenager.....

You make it sound so easy! I'm totally intimadated by crafts, but I just might try that post it holder. I would like a fun one for my new desk at home!

If I ever run out of those little magnetic-stick-to-the-fridge notepads that I have accumulated over the years, then I'm gonna try those notcards too! They would be much better than Christmas "Make the season bright!" notes in the middle of August. ;)

Thanks for the tip!

CP, I'm looking forward to your weekend posts! :woohoo:

I asked my MIL and like LL said in her post, she found the puzzles at Target!

Love that puzzle. I totally agree a fun family activity. That package of goodies is great! So cute!

Thanks!!! We are almost finished with it! Princess puzzle next!

Thanks! Yeah, I am looking forward to her fifth birthday. ;)

She is 24 pounds now! Check Target on the puzzle -- also Walmart has some cute Disney ones.

Thanks!!! We started doing puzzles last winter -- it's nice because we end up chatting a lot -- although Chelsea and Connor do sometimes start nagging each other.

Nala is a wicked puggle cutie! :thumbsup2

Yeah, our cats ignore it, but I could see where it would be a great temptation.

LOVE all your STUFF!!!!! The puzzle looks great---I think the Easter Bunny is going to be bringing Miss Megs some Disney puzzles this year!!!!

Good idea! The Easter Bunny needs to start planning for his visit here.

Hijack anytime, Katie!

I'll PM you this weekend about the Grand. :goodvibes

What cute Disney stuff! I asked Em what she thought. She said, "Cute!" Then I asked if she would use it if I made her one. She said, "No." Ah, the joys of raising a teenager.....

No! Don't tell me that! Chelsea is just around the corner! :scared:

If I ever run out of those little magnetic-stick-to-the-fridge notepads that I have accumulated over the years, then I'm gonna try those notcards too! They would be much better than Christmas "Make the season bright!" notes in the middle of August. ;)

I am so OCD, Brook, that even the notepads on my fridge are themed to the season. :rolleyes1

CP, I'm looking forward to your weekend posts! :woohoo:

I'm trying to decide if I have the energy to scan photos this evening.

Well, you can tell Haddon and Ingrid that I found the "snow" at CVS, and also saw it at The Dollar Tree! :)

Wow. Nala is so freaking big! But still has that cute little puppy face! It's adorbale.. but I can't help you with what breed she is.. sorry. I loved all the artsy gifts.. that are great! I love scrapbooky type stuff! It's all really cute- great ideas!

You do have the cutest dog - what a sweet heart she is! :lovestruc

I know, I know, I NEED to get started on that TR...:surfweb: I just worry that I won't have enough to say to fill up the time since it's 9 months away. But heck, I like to chat, I can fill up those pages!
