Got pin...now what?

I've never gotten a code before, so forgive me if this is a newbie question.

I got one of the magic emails with a pin code.

There are two issues that I see here...

1) We are already booked during the dates that the code covers- can they add this to my ressie?

2) The code came to a very old email address that I don't use anymore, I happened to check it today. It says "for MyMaiden Name Family". I legally changed my name over three years ago- that's how old that email address is! Can they apply it if that's not legally my name anymore? Would I have to bring my marriage license or do you think they can note the account to reflect it?
