Got word that Disney passed on my offer of $72 a point at BWV, August renewal. I pay closing and dues on the 2003 points. No banked or borrowed points. Got a 250 point + 50 point contract from the same seller.
ROFR took only 12 business days to reach a decision!!!
I really wanted to get a contract in my first try, so I didn't bite at some of the lower per point contract offers out there. We got ressies to make for spring!!!
Used Jaki at www.atimeshare.com and was very impressed by her service and immediate availability everytime I called. I would not hesitate to use her again.
Chose BWV for 11-month access to the standard rooms. IMHO, they are the biggest point bargain at DVC along with the GV's at OKW.
