Got our Waitlist for Thanksgiving!!!

So I was to the point where I was out of hope for our trip next week. Back in June when we originally booked, we had no trouble getting our first 3 nights at VWL in a 1bd, but our AKV 1bd savannah views hopes were dashed when we could only get 2 of the 4. We had booked what we could, and then booked a Jambo 1bd Standard view for the nights of Thanksgiving and the Friday after. Today I found out WE GOT THE LAST TWO NIGHTS!! We had waitlisted for the 23-27 at Jambo Savannah view or just the 25-27 at Kidani Sav view, and we got the last 2 nights and it came through this morning! I can't believe it! I feel incredibly blessed I had to share! Good luck to the rest of you with Waitlists for next week!

Congrats!!! I know how awesome that feels!! We just recently got our waitlist for BLT for Christmas week!!! It's like winning the lottery when it comes through! Have a great vacation!!

Isn't it amazing how waitlists sometime come thru at the very last minute? Although it's usually a last-minute family emergency somewhere that makes the room available. This reminds me of a few years ago when we were at HHI for Thanksgiving. Due to a screw up, we were going to have to move our last night. I even double-checked at 11:00 am the day before the proposed move. But at 3:30 pm, they called us to tell us that due to a last second cancellation, we didn't have to move after all. Whew!

Congratulations on getting what you waitlisted for! I've 4 waitlists, two for this December and two for Holy Week next year, and nothing is moving!

Congratulations!! I'm glad to see there is hope, I'm currently on 2 waitlists and I wasn't very optimistic before, but now I'm getting my hopes up again!

My waitlist came through for 12/28 to 1/1. Been on the list forever...was giving up...gave up a studio for a 1 bedr...(BWV)

Hope someone got the Studio at the BCV...
