Got our tickets to "Cars"

We got our tickets for the May 26 World Premiere of "Cars" in the mail yesterday. Who else is going?

I haven't gotten my tickets yet! I wasn't expecting them because the website said they would be mailed when they received promotional information from Disney. Hopefully, I'll get them soon.

When I ordered ours I got the same "waiting on promomotional materials" message.

There was a one page Disney/Pixar insert with the tickets giving more information about the premiere. I was hoping for more than just an insert.

My mom picked up tickets for all of us. She lives in Harrisburg so she just went to the track and bought them. I'm not sure if they are an insert or an actual ticket but I can ask her if you want to know.

We're going I have one question, though. The sheet included with the tickets said no cameras or camera phones. Now, I'm not planning on taking pictures, but almost every phone these days is a camera phone. Both of ours are and I really think we need to have our phones with us in case we get separated in the 30,000 people. Do you think they will search everyone for camera phones?

My advice to you regarding your camera phone is to leave it in your car. Every Disney screening that I have attended as included being wanded for metal objects. Better safe than sorry.

I'd leave teh phone in the car. I go to alot of screenings and all of them lately have searched/wanded or just plain out asked to see our phones.
