Got our new dog today.

Had to put our dog down last month. And - thank you to all the wonderful support in what was a difficult time for us. We picked out this guy, who was new to our local humane society on Monday. He got nuetered Wednesday, and came home today. For whatever reason, he seemed to settle down right away when we gave him a towel to lay on. It is like he wanted something to scrunch up a little bit. He isn't fond of his collar at all...oh well - that is a mandatory fashion item in our house!

Duncan is estimated to be between 6 and 8 years old

He has his visit to the vet the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, and we'll see what the vet says - and go with that. I do agree that his teeth look great!

He was a stray - so we can only make up the story. He must have had a great male in his life, because he adores my DH!
