Got "no availability" at 7 AM 180 days out.

I tried to get the Hollywood and Vine fantasmic package for Dec. 19. No go, at any time. I was able to get Mama Melrose at 3:50. We've never done the fantasmic package before so I don't know if they are always tough to get.

We aren't staying on site so this is my week of getting up at 6 CT every day to try to make the magic happen.

With the rest of your ADR'S, we like Mama Melrose's it is on our must do list each time we visit DHS.That said we have not done the Fantasmic Dinner Package so I dont know if that will effect your dining experice. I hope not and hope you get the rest of the ADRs you want. Danny

That seems odd! I would try to keep calling. I heard that more places are opened at 90 days out.

I would say better off trying your luck just getting a dinner reservation without the Fantasmic package or, if you really want to try the Fantasmic package. Just keep occasionally calling and check for openings.

I'm doing a Fantasmic Package on the 1st next month at H&V for the first time and we litterally booked that ADR 2 weeks ago (along with Boma, Rose and Crown and California Grill). People tend to cancel or Disney tend to gradually release timeslots I think. Eather way, all hope isnt lost yet. Good luck!

Yes, I'll keep trying. I wan't sure if they always book fast or if it's because it is the week before X-mas.

I've heard mixed stories about do the package, don't do the package in terms of being able to get good seating without getting to fantasmic insanely early.

Since it's the holidays they have 6:30 and 8 shows, and i know that the earlier one is more crowded. But, with smaller kids that's the one we really need to do.

A bunch of us November visitors couldnt get H & V either...nothing available, but we all tried back about 10 days after our 180 and all got in. I think they are late on releasing their ressie schedules for CMs to book for them.

it seems that now with the 180+10 ADR policy, even when you call at your 180 day, sometimes you might not even get everything you want (since other people have already called on their 180+10, making no availabilities possible when you do call)

miss the old "everyone calls at 180 days" policy....

would rather call every day at 7am, knowing everyone is equally calling at the 180 day mark.

180+10 saves you calling each day, but that never bothered me before....
