Got my room Comped for Free Nights Radisson Resort Parkway

ok, i wake up go to my online bank account as i always do, i do hope that someone will one day put a large amount of money into my account as a gift, but today the opposite happened, my account was debited 214.00 dollars. I made a resv. for 2006 in december and they charged me for a no show for two nights, i was so upset, i called the hotel this morning and spoke with the resv manager and accounting, they tried to tell me my resv was for 2005, thank God for email confirmations and my mom telling me to save everything. I sent it to her right away, it appeared someone in the hotel made a mistake, and had me arriving for dec 15 2005, but my confirmation had the correct date on it. She reversed the charges right away and gave me a comp on my nights, this is why i am always a bit hesitant about booking things, but luckily it was resolved.

Looks like human error and it looks like they very much so tried to make it right!!!

It was mmore of a machine error and they did make it right, but i think of the negative, i am fortunate enough to have a few extra hundred that remains in the checking account, believe me it has not always been like that and in the past if this would have happened i would have had quite a few things bounce. I appreciate what they did and i would not have expected anything less, it was still upsetting to have happened but all is well now.
