Got My Reeboks Today!

yeah I saw that too. It is cute and a nice touch. the cushioning in the sneakers is nice too and I didn't expect that. I am very impressed with these sneakers.

it was something special that Reebok was doing with American Heart Association that if you make a $25 donation to the AHA, Reebok would give away these sneakers valued at $69.99 until they reached the 1 million $ mark worth of shoes given away. it started April 30th and lasted but a few days. sorry you missed out!!

Got mine today. They were waiting on me when I got back from a picnic in the park with my daughter's preschool.

Now I'm wondering how many people will be walking around WDW looking down at people's shoes to see who is wearing these shoes. LOL!!!

I forget who posted about the shoes in the first place, but THANK YOU for posting about Reebok doing this for the AHA. When DH saw my shoes, he got jealous and is now looking on Ebay for a pair of shoes. LOL!!! He wants to see if he can beat my price. LOL!! I doubt it!!! At least the money went for a good cause!!

I didn't wear them to the MK on Saturday, but I've been wearing them all over my college campus today, and they're incredibly comfortable! I'll definitely buy this line again when these wear out.

My DH got his shoes today. I am so jealous, they look so comfy. I wasnt thinking ahead, i coulda got a pair for me sent to his parents house. Oh well, better luck next time, he needed the shoes more than I did anyway.

That was me who sent the original post. I am so glad many others were able to take advantage. Now when we are in Disney in Aug/Sept and I see those sneakers, I'll wonder if you are a DISer. If you are wearing your sneakers in WDW and you are a DISer, you better be wearing your lime green. Mine will be on my son's stroller.

Does anyone know what they said would be the timeframe on sending out the sneakers? I donated money before my DF did and his shoes came already! (I sent mine to my mother's house). My credit card has been charged too. I forgot what they said...6-8 weeks???

carone0318 - I saw the Reebok promotion listed in an article in Cooking Light. So some Disney vistors might be wearing them and not be Dis-ers

I also saw it in all of the random fitness magazines I get, along with Cooking Light (love Cooking Light ). It seems that Self, Fitness, and Shape all have the same articles every month But www.bestdealmagazines.com had them for very cheap last year - quite a few under $5.

My card was charged on May 1 & the shoes arrived today. Very comfy; can't wait to use them on my upcoming trip!

Mine arrived today but they are a little big. I have the same size old reeboks on now, and the new ones are about l/4" bigger.

Came home for lunch and my shoes were on my doorstep...yay! Everyone is right, they're very nice and comfortable...even my husband (who doesn't like Reeboks) says they were a great deal!

My friend, who lives 2 doors down, whom *I* told about the promotion the evening that it started, got hers yesterday.
