My a la carte pricing total (using 1 AP and buying 5 7 DAY hoppers is $2479 (BUTwe're staying 3 nights at POR).

I kept my reservations as is. I'd rather spend 65 more and get 3 nights at a moderate. Anyway, now I have time to check AAA tomorrow to see if they are cheaper!

When I tried the site out this morning, I encountered several problems. First, the system would not allow me to make a ressie for more than 8 nights. When this happened, the site then only allowed me the option to pick only the 7 day tickets ( no 10 day tickets were offered ). Also, because I indicated a party of 5 going to a moderate resort, the system tried to push me towards Fort Wilderness cabin rather than the option of selecting 2 rooms at a moderate.

Oh, it does appear that the only way you can get the dining option is to purchase a vacation package. I tried a room only ressie and I saw nothing about a dining option becing added on, the the dining option appeared when making a vacation package ressie.

Overall, the site looks great and appears to answer most of the questions posed lately. My viewpoint is that if Disney created the Magic Your Way deals to entice people to stay longer on Disney, why won't the website allow people to request stays for more than 8 nights and / or buy the 10 day park tickets? Perhaps this will rectified later on the website.

Looks like I'll be on the phone with Disney soon. I wish you all good luck, and I will be reading the posts to see what all of you have also discovered.

Currently have 7 days booked at POR for $141 and hoping for codes. Not sure what we want to do at this point, whether to include the dining or not.
