Got my membership cards but I think something's wrong!

I was so psyched to get my DVC cards today (I'm a new member) but I think something's wrong b/c the other side is just plain white. Are there supposed to be phone numbers and a signature area on the other side? I guess MS won't be open until Monday.

Thanks. I'll call on Monday. I guess I just don't feel like everything is official until I have those cards!

I just got my cards and have the same problem! I tried to peel off the white back, figuring it was a sticker and the phone #s and signature area would be back there!!! I think I ruined the card.

I was so excited to get them, but now I guess we will have to wait for new ones!!!

How long did it take to get your cards? We joined in Sept. and haven't received ours yet.

We received our cards last week but since I didn't know what they were supposed to look like, I didn't know there was something wrong. I guess I'll be calling ms today.

We closed on 10/21 and got our cards on 11/12. I think they send it to you after your deed is recorded (however long that takes).

Are they paper or plastic? The paper ones are temporary and I think are blank on the back.

The permanent cards are of the same consrtuction as a charge card.

Sylvia, we have the same problem. It's nice to know I'm not the only member with the funny member cards. Hopefully they'll correct the error ASAP. Best of luck...and welcome home!
