Got My AKV Paperwork Today

I am disappointed if no litho print. We have our VWL and HHI prints framed and in our den. I was hoping to add AKV to the collection.

If the unit numbers indicate the order of purchases...nah nah....I own .4911% interest in unit 29! Still not number one, though.

I don't think the unit number has anything to do with order of purchase. I'm also in unit 29, and my guess is that the unit is related to use year. Mine is June.

Haven't found anything yet on the Orange County site for anything except unit 41A, which appears to be 3 studios on the 6th floor. (2 on 1 side of the hallway, and 1 on the other).

Go to Orange County website (www.occompt.com for those who are unfamiliar with it).
Use 'Disney Vacation' for name, 'con r' for document type. Use a date range to narrow the list. (The AKV document is dated Jan 23, 2007).

It's a 110 page document, and the unit 41A info is on pages 45-46.

We finally got the AKV mailer yesterday. Of course, we bought our points last Thursday so it's a little late.

I have no idea. The math doesn't seem to work out though. I have 4 contracts at .12534% each or .50136% in total. That's for 200 points.

Greenban has said he has 250 points though and using a % /point formula, his ownership wouldn't work out mathematically to be equal to my ownership per point. How many points did you purchase?

I'm not sure how that would affect the % per point math though. I don't think it should. But for each of us in Unit 35, we own a different % of the Unit per point.
