Got Milk?

For our last two trips (in '05 and '06) we were on the Dining Plan. My DH was never allowed to order milk at a TS on the DP-we always had to pay OOP for it. Is this still the case?

Milk for an adult or child? My DH ordered milk twice for himself last Sept and he was not charged. He got a funny look but not charged. DD always got milk at TS with no charge on the DP.

We have ordered milk and not gotten charged. My DSis even got her refill of milk served in a gallon jug at WCC.

I suspect that where people have been permitted milk, they're still permitted milk, and where they haven't, they're still not. AFAIK, nothing has changed with regard to that at all, at least as it pertains to adults.
