I just checked my postage and it came from Winsdor to how strange I thought they came from florida.

Just checked the front of the package, and it also came from Windsor.
Maybe they print a separate one just for us

I was especially happy to get it as I am planning a II exchange to Calgary/Banff area Summer/09, and am anxious to see the new 3/4 night options, and on-line exchanges coming "early" 2008.
We'll see how early, early is on the Member Website.

I live in Tampa, about an hour from Disney & haven't received ours yet. I am really pissed & just emailed Disney for the 2nd time. We closed Nov 19, 2007 & have never received so much as a letter from them much less Membership cards or a welcome packet explaining this process to us. But, of course, we did get the bill for the annual dues right away. It is very disheartening, we were so excited about buying this & now we are just annoyed.

Cindy i'm so sorry your getting the run around, i know how you feel we were so excited to join DVC and it took so long to get anything from them it took over a month to get our welcome packet from them, i hope you get your package of disney love in your mail soon.

Looks like DVC has contracted several different fufillment companies which would explain why some have the planner and others don't.

I live just outside Buffalo, NY, and mine came in yesterday's mail, from Duluth GA. Maybe they did Canada first, and are now working numerically up through the zip codes - making the northeast first?!?
