Got in second place with a score over 240,000 but no pin?

why didn't I get a magic pin I came in 2nd place with a score over 240,000?

If you did not get it, it is most likely a bug because I think everyone knows that VMK has acted strange for the past couple of days.

I reported it and it said use the Contact Us thing on the home page but everything i try to it saids my birthday is wrong!

I won first yesterday and couldn't print out the coupon - the link would pop up but then go blank before anything came up and then shut down. I contacted them about it, but I doubt I'll here anything more. I hate that since we are actually going to WDW fairly soon.

You used to be able to get as much as you wanted before but they fixed it awhile ago and now you can only get one. Most people that we really good were just trading them for good stuff or giving them away. I had about four when they fixed it.

Contacting VMK does work. I reported a problem with JC and not being able to get reward. They credited my account big time. I was satisfied.

I have found that contacting VMK in the evening seems to get quicker and better responses. They also seem to have a email problem. I lable my emails with the number of times I contacting them on the issue and the date I first reported the problem. I hope this helps you to get things resolved.

That happened to me you have to turn your Pop up Blocker on your computer off to get the coupon
