Got excited for nothing - now peeved

Just bought & printed our 6-day park hoppers for this June. On the tickets was an offer for 40% Disneyland hotels. Called to have the offer applied to our reservation at GC. After about 10 minutes of the castmember on the phone checking and putting me on hold several times because he couldn't find the offer, I realized that the offer expired in September of 2010! Why would online tickets bought today, have an offer on them that expired 8 months ago?? One would think that in the last 8 months someone would have had time to update the tickets. I have to believe that a lot of people purchase tickets online. Seems a little sloppy to me on Disney's part.

Sorry to hear that it kinda ruined/changed your plans. I would be frustrated too.

Yes, I did buy them through the DL website, which is why I find it so strange. I'm hoping there will be some new offer once the one on the website expires May 28, but in the meantime I thought I had stumbled across a great one. I sent the ticket office an email, but I'm not really expecting anthing other than a "gee, sorry". Oh well, life goes on.

I am sorry you got bummed....but they did have 40% off last summer, so there is hope!!!

I called last week and got 40% off rate quotes. I would call and speak with someone else. I did not even know about the AP discount of 40% until they told me.

The rate now is 25% off--not 40. I booked last month and was able to get in at 30% off--but that rate is no longer there.
