Notice I said *decent* not great.

I went ahead and booked our air through Disney.
It is $607 for 3 seats (2 adults, 1 child) and one lap baby. Flying direct from St. Louis on American (Oct. 28-Nov. 2)

When I checked Orbitz, for example, it was over $1000 - same with Southwest.

I guess Disney gets discounts?? :confused3

Anyway, I don't have the patience to wait for dings and I hated to miss this.

Good-Luck to all! I hope you get cheap and safe travel

I booked my and DH flights through Disney last year - from St. Louis on American. It was the same price (around $450 for two adults) as Southwest at the time, but then Southwest had a sale. :guilty: If would have been cheaper, but I still like knowing that I had a seat. And, I didn't want to wait to book and not get the days I needed. That would have been my luck!

I exhaustively researched flights and was flexible within a travel window, and found the best flights for us were on AirTran. I went directly to the AirTran website, but before buying I called 407-WDISNEY. Disney offered me the flights I needed for cheaper than AirTran itself did. And by A LOT of money, it wasn't even close. Strange but true.
