got closing docs, now what?

Anything I should check for in particular before signing? I didn't see anywhere it verifies the number of points available for use (banked, current, borrowed, etc). First american is the closing company but they said that info is pulled by the broker? how do I know it's legit?

My Fidelity/FA paperwork had an "addendum to contract " that clearly showed points available and coming.

Thank you, that helped! It was separate from the closing docs (we actually signed it immediately after the offer was accepted). I was expecting something from the title company to verify "the title" as well.
