Got Christmas Card from AKL Concierge

Hi All,

We are booked to stay at the AKL Concierge from Feb 1st through the 6th, 2003. We got a Christmas card from the staff with a beautiful picture of the lobby Christmas tree. Very beautiful. So anyone else get a Christmas card?

We received a Christmas card from the Polynesian Concierge Staff and we were there this past June/July.

Yes we did receive one, but we were there at the time. They also gave each room a small bag with wonder balls and candy canes.

The entire stall at AKL couldn't not have been nicer. We arrived our lugggage retrieved ,and in our room within 15 minutes.

Our visit to the Grand wasn't great at all. The CM at the front desk must have been training. My Mom was beat and really needed to get off her feet and into our room. After a wait of over 45 minuites we arrived at out room which would only sleep 4 and she knew we had 5 people in our party because she handed us 5 room keys and verified each person's name. We were not happy campers. If it wasn't for Hank from bellservices I don't know how long we would have been stuck.

It was a very nice picture of the Polynesian concierge staff with the volcano pool as a background. We all thought it was a very nice touch and enjoyed receiving the Christmas card.

We also received a christmas card from the poly, we stayed there in april but we also stayed in the animal kingdom lodge but did not get one from there.

I was wondering if Scott still worked in the lounge cause we did not see him in the picture, unless he was not in to work yet, I think he works afternoons. He really stood out in mingling with the guests while we were there.

We also got a Christmas card from the AKL concierge staff. Didn't get one from the Poly or YC concierge staff, and we stayed at both this August...
