Got Chilly Pad, but how do you use it?!?

We opened it up and are perplexed by how you use this thing? Drape it around your neck? It looks stupid! I bought two thinking I'd cut them up into halves for my family of four, but it is already a weird size to begin with... Do people cut them up like a washcloth and just wipe their necks off with it? I can't imagine walking around with one draped over you??? Any suggestions? If I cut it in half it is too short to wrap around neck, if I cut it length wise it is too long... Thanks!

It keeps me comfortable, that's all I know

I just drape it around my neck and rewet it as needed. It's great for the parks, for long walks, hikes, running outside, etc. I have even used it in parades (folded up and put under my wicking shirts). Best product I've used. Beats those neck bandanas hands down. I wouldn't cut it or alter it at all. JMO.

You could check out the instructional video on You tube. From what I have seen, you would not want to cut it. It would appear to require the full size to have the necessary surface area to provide the advertized cooling effect.
Just drape it over your neck and shoulders, or fold it lengthwise and drape it. It was not designed to be compact like some of the other bandana shaped products.
