We got our CA to FL repositioning reservation right around 11:00am Pacific time through Disney's own website. Subtracting Transfers and Insurance, it came out to $2767.67 for a Category 12. 
We got relatives to book too, but by the time they tried, Disney's prices for Cat. 11 were over a thousand dollars more than ours, and that's for 2 adults, and our quote was for 2 adults and 1 child.
They were able to get quotes of just under $3200 through http://www.allseas.com/ within the last half hour so there's still time!
