First and favorite....Citrico's, I have to tell you they never cease to surprise us with their unique blending of foods..... I did not have an appetizer but my husband did, it was a soup, he said it was Carrot Ginger Soup, absolutely delicious. I had the chicken, which was absolutely yummy, my husband had the swordfish, which was cooked to perfection. We are from Boston so to wow him on swordfish is a pretty big deal. Service was incredible, knowledgeable about wines, and very attentive to our needs. Constantly checking to see if we needed refills on anything.....Dessert was truly special, we had french press coffee, it is so nice to get a good cup of coffee after a great meal, my husband had the Seasonal Berry Gratin with champagne Grand Marnier sabayon, there was a bit of liquor taste so if you do not like that, make sure you ask them to omit it. I had the Tiramisu with sauces of chocolate and vanilla, it was perfect.

I still think this is the best kept secret at Walt Disney World, and so far we have not found a restaurant to beat this one.

Hope you will try it on one of your visits to the world.

Thank you for your review :flower: We will be going there for our 10th anniversary in May! Can't wait to try it and I'm so glad that you enjoyed it!

We were there Saturday night. I had the chicken as well, it was very good. DH had a nightly special, pasta, and loved it. We had appetizers, I had the shrimp which was incredible, DH had something, I can't even recall, but it was also incredible. In fact we wished we had just ordered appetizers and lots of them LOL!

Who was your server? We had Gwen, we requested her, she always gives superb service.

I LOVE Citricos. Chef Gray is a GOD! Can't wait until the 9th of February!!!!

Enjoyed reading your review ~ Thanx for posting.

Hey Mackey, thanks for the review!! :flower: I don't know why I've always assumed that Citrico's was primarily seafood, but I just took a look at the menu and they have many entrees that sound wonderful to this non-seafood eating person. LOL

We're contemplating a trip to WDW this May and now I am going to try and schedule one of our dinners at Citrico's. :sunny:

You're exactly right, Citricos is the best kept secrets at WDW. Much better than CG, Jikos, or AP. I'll say Hi to everyone tomorrow when we're there.

Rub it in why don't you...

Thanks for the review! I will have to put that one on my list to try.

I'm sorry ducklite, I couldn't help myself. I just had to rub it in a little, we're getting ready to head to the airport in a few minutes.

Uncleromulus will be dining at Citricos on April 29!!
Can't wait--been a couple of trips since we've been..

Have a GREAT trip!!

I have an ADR at Citricos on Feb 19th that I've been thinking about cancelling because I was afraid DH would freak over our dining bill. We are not on the dining plan - aren't eligible. I have ADRs for California Grill, Le Cellier, and Coral Reef in addition to Citricos. HOWEVER, after reading your review and the replies how could I possibly cancel. :teeth:

Great food is a very important part of my vacation experience.

Thanks for the review. It sure sounds like you really enjoyed Citrico's. We will have to try it on our next trip.

Thanks for the review. This is one of the few places we haven't tried yet that we really want to.

I am chuckling......Anne, we were there Saturday night, and we had Gwen. Now if we only knew that we were going to be there at the same time, if in fact we were, we could have said hello. Our dinner reservation was 7:20pm, but we were there early and sat outside of the restaurant in the wicker chair area and then onto the restaurant. I believe we were seated by 7:10pm....were you there then?

We also love Anthony, the sous chef, he is a great guy who enjoys cooking at Citrico's. We met Chef Gray, not this time, the time before and what a pleasure that was. This team and their teams behind the scenes make cooking a fine art.

Do not miss out on eating at this great restaurant......

We were there in Dec. I agree that Citrico's is one of the best kept secrets at WDW. We ate at many signature dining restaurants and this was absolutely one of the best. Outstanding food & great service. Maybe we should keep it a secret so EVERYONE won't start going..... :scratchin
