Got back last night!

So after a long drive on thursday evening we got to the hotel and we happy to sleep..the alarm didnt go off in the am so we missed the shuttle which would have happend anyways as they told us the wrong place to wait.. erghh..anyhow.. we got in line got it and went strait to small world for my son.. he loved it and was mesmorized the whole time.. we got most of DL done that day.even got dream ears in the mantion and got to eat at goofys kitchen which was great for my son.. we loved it.. by the end of the fireworks we were so TIRED.. and walked back to the hotel..

we were so excited about early entry the next day.. we called for a wake up call becuse the alarm wasnt working well.. and then i roll over and its 7 am.. they freaking didnt wake us up!! we were PISSED to say the least.. the hotel did nothing..they said sorry. well come exchange your clock.. so we missed our one day of early entry on our first trip..erghhh. the whole morning was sucky.. but it worked itself out..we went to CA and and enjoyed ourselves and decided to go back to the hotel early..this time on the shuttle. and we went in the pool and hot tub which we sat all of 5 min in because it was so gross!

we had a much better day sunday.. we slept in and went back to DL in the am and got the rides we went on over with.. ate a delicious monte cristo, met jack sparrow..lol.. then went to the pier and rode all the rides.. took our time relaxed and it was so wonderful.. we watched the elec. parade and it was so amazing..it was a wonderful mothers day! ill post links to photos.. a few of our favorites! I cant wait till we have the money to go back!!

Never expect or trust someone to wake you. We always carry an alarm clock. Our day normally starts at 0415 everyday of the week, so no alarm needed. Hope you have a better trip the next time around. But at least things did work themselves out.

I get up at 3:30 AM every day for work. No matter how hard I try, I can't sleep in past 4:00 AM, not even on my days off.

We're going camping and fishing this weekend and I expect to be the early bird who catches the worm..I mean...the fish.

I'm thinking I'll be our family's alarm during vacation.

Yep never expect the hotel to wake you up, we had that exact same thing happen once and I started to get smart, pulled out my cell phone and set the alarm on it. Worked like a charm.

All in all I am happy to hear you had a great mothers day and even getting dream ears? How lucky!
