Got an upsell rate at AKL

Got an upsell rate at the Animal Kingdom Lodge today for Standard view $164.00 w/o tax and a Savanah view room for $184.00 w/o tax.
Now, my question is I need to know everything there is to know about this resort. PLease help!!!!!

How exactly do you go about getting an "Upsell"? To you pretend to want a Moderate ,then ask if any Deluxe's have openings?

I didn't even ask for a moderate resort. I asked for the price of a savannah view room for June 5th & 6th. The lady at CRO thought the price seemed kinda high, and started digging in the computer, and she came across this upsell. A lot of time the people at CRO aren't as helpful. It just depens on who you get on the other end of the phone.
