Got an answer to my complaint.

After I send a complaint to Disney about the the stay of our son in the SL hotel I got an answer to day.
They offer free a new stay in a Montana room at a date of his own choice.

I think they responded very quick to my complaint and the solutions is very satisfying.

How long did it take to get a response if you don't mind me asking? I got my 'thank you' email before Christmas but nothing since :confused3

Of course I don't mind.

I did send my complaint the 28 December.
Got my "thank you mail on the 30 December and today the offer for a free stay.

Hmmm...I sent mine on the 20th December, got my thank you on the 22nd December but nothing since...maybe I'll chase them up about it...or maybe your complaint was more urgent than mine :confused3

We did not even hope to get an answer,just thought out mail would disappear in the great paper bin.

I thought that your complaint must have been resonably serious to warrant offering a free trip! I'd be happy with a 'sorry' :goodvibes
