Got almost all my reservations - need help with 1 more

I made my ADRs tonight and the only one I couldn't get was Le Cellier unless we were willing to eat after 8:00 or before 4:00. So....what would you recommend in its place? WE already have a reservation at Teppen Edo (hope that are part of the plan by Jan. 2009) and Boma (breakfast and supper), Tusker House breakfast and Hollywood and Vine with the Fantasmic package. What else would you recommend?

we really like Kona Cafe at the Poly and The Wave at the Contemporary...nice and convenient for nights you're going to be at Epcot or MK (cuz these restaurants are at Monorail resorts.)

Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary if you're interested in a character meal. My family likes that one the best. The Coral Reef Epcot is different. Good luck.

In Epcot, we're doing Teppan Edo, Coral Reef, LeCellier, and Marrakesh. Coral Reef is the only one we've done before. Have you ever tried Biergarten? (I'm thinking you were looking for an Epcot-area replacement? ) We did that last trip and enjoyed it a lot.
