Our Sept trip was exactly 180 days from yesterday. I called and booked a meal for our arrival day at Chef Mickeys. I then asked to book the rest of the ADR's for the week but was told I couldn't. I asked the CM to double check as I thought the policy had changed. She came back and said no, so I asked to speak to a supervisor and she also said no. I asked to speak to another supervisor who finally said sure we can do it no problem. :confused3

I was able to get Cindrella's at 8:00 on a non early entry day and got the rest of our ADR's at the time we wanted.

Just remember not all CM's know as many tricks as we do on the board! :rotfl:

Are you staying on WDW property? If I'm understanding correctly, you have to be a staying onsite to book "all" of your ADR's at the first 180 window. If you're not staying at a WDW resort, you can book at the 180 window as it applies to your dining dates. Anyway, I'm glad it all worked out. :thumbsup2

Yep, staying at Wilderness Lodge, she asked me that before I started and pulled up my reservation. The first supervisor did the same. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, and try again! :goodvibes

I had this same thing happen when I called for our July ressies. I was hoping they had "fixed" the errors by now.

Hi Dad. In one week I get to make ADR's for our September trip. Hope I don't have any trouble. Congrats on securing CRT!

I called yesterday and had no problem for my September trip. Just luck of the draw sometimes.

If yeserday was exactly 180 days from the start of your vacation, you should have to wait 1 day for each of the subsequent days you want to make ADR's for. Maybe I am misunderstanding you, but this could have been the problem?

For instance, if I was going for two week and today was the first day I could make ADR's for my first day in Floriday, I could only make ADR's for that day and not my entire trip. I would have to wait two weeks till the 180 day mark for the last day of my stay, or make a new day's worth each day for two weeks.

The NEW policy/perk for those staying onsite is that you can call at 180 days out from your arrival day and book up to 10 days worth of ADRs with that one phone call. So the CM she got was incorrect.

That's not the policy for onsite guests anymore.

The first day of our trip was 9/1 and I could make ADR's March 5th. I called and the gentleman on the phone made my first one and then asked for my confirmation number for my resort stay to make the rest. I didn't have it and had to log online to get it so I told him I would call him back (don't they have that info in front of them?) Then I called back to make the rest and the lady on the phone just made the rest of them for me without even asking for my resort confirmation number - so go figure??

.
Does anyone have an official link to this information? I still have a month to go before our 180 day mark but I want to be prepared just in case. :goodvibes
