My troop had made some serious cash and wanted to send it directly to the resort to get it paid off, rather than going through a credit card, since it would not be the whole amount yet anyway.
So, I sent a short note by fax, along with a request for connecting rooms.
By that afternoon, I recieved a reply fax back. A great CM named Michelle wrote SOG address right on the note, siad she put in the request for connecting rooms, reminded us to put our reservation number on all checks, and wished us a great day!
So many have had a problem getting through by phone, that a short request by fax may hepl!
