Got a pin! - what about timing?

I received a pin in my email this morning. Buy 5 nights with tickets & get 2 nights with tickets free. Plus a gift card but it doesn't say how much. Good from 10/2 - 11/24.

With DH's work schedule, the only week we may be able to go would be 11/14 - 11/21 or maybe 11/7 - 11/14. The 2nd option is a big if. That's the time frame we went last year and his work wasn't thrilled. (He's on the state road crew).

Anyone use this pin? Save you much? We are currently scheduled to go to Disney 1/30 - 2/6. Isn't that a slower time than November?

January/February cmost likely is slower. However take into consideration if there are any three day weekend holidays. No matter what holiday, that weekend will be busier.
Right before Thanksgiving is not too bad. Seems like a large crowd is around at Halloween, then slows down some, and picks up near Thanksgiving again.
Either time is a good time though.
The later dates in November would ensure you see some holiday decor too.
