It is addressed to the prior owner (who has also since died in '09). I doubt this family ever set foot in Disney and we have gone 3 times since '07. The prior owner was 78 years old. We have lived here for 4 years. I am wondering if they got our names mixed up. We still on occasion receive mail for this family including mail from the IRS. Is there anyway to have their name removed from Disney Destinations? I hate to think that this pin code was accidentally given to them. We could have actually used this pin and it would have been our first!!!!

I would call and let them know that they no longer live there. Or just return their mail "return to sender. Residents no longer live here."
