got a pin & I am bummed

We planned on booking our trip this weekend for Dec no matter what but yday we got an email with a pin in it for 30% off. The kicker to this was it was for the room only. We wanted room/parks/dinner so we did not have to fool with it while there. Because we did more than the room she did not apply the pin. Anyone else get all excited and then you could not use it? We plan on calling back in a bit just to see what someone else says as it was a downer.
 
Emagine - I recieved a 30% code for room also. The CM allowed me to book the whole package but the code was only applied to the room.

I would call back. You may have talked to a new CM who didn't know his/her job very well.

well heck, I am beginning to think this is a huge headache. We just booked the trip less than 24 hrs ago and have had issues with the dinner credits (two different ppl told us two different ways they worked) and now pin code . DH called back, the pin was something that has been sent out for a while now and the rooms are booked. I am sorta upset they would send me a pin for dates we can work out that the guy claims have been booked for months and to just watch for upcoming discounts.

TY for letting me vent today on here with this stuff. I just did not think it would be such a headache to get the answers you need for your trip when you call them.
