Got A Pin Code - Need Help from you Experts

I can't get a CM who will apply the code to a package. They keep telling me it's a room only code. I finally get a freaken code and they won't let me use it.:mad: :mad: :mad:
 
I have, they keep saying the same thing. Is there more than one pin out there. I got the postcard that said value for $59 just like everyone else.
 
you could also do what my mom does EVERY time she's not getting what she wants from a company....ask to speak to a supervisor :rotfl2:
i don't know how she does it, but she always seems to get a deal when she does that....she may have even done it on our last family trip to the world in 2005 :rolleyes1
 

Can I call and ask for a specific CM? Maybe one that knows what they are doing?
 
I don't think you can ask for a specific CM. But I finally got one who knew what to do on the 4th call.

I was rather assertive the last time. I said I have a card with a PIN code that says a "value" for $59. I have a friend who used such a card on a package for a moderate. I am interested in a package at a deluxe. I was very courteous, but wasn't about to take "no" for an answer this time.

If they say they can't do it, then I would ask for a supervisor. The first 2 times I called, they said it was only good at a value resort.

I received a post card with pin code today.....but I'm not sure how it's used.

I'm interested in going to WDW 9/27 - 10/4....the dates on the postcard are 9/2 - 9/29.

Would I be able to use this code for my entire stay or only for two nights??:confused3
