Got a Pin Code -- But No Availability!

I already have a room at GCH for 9 nights (10/30-11/8) -- got awesome AP rate of $266/night ($311.22 including tax). I also got a room for my cousins to join us over the second weekend, but was only able to get a 10% AP discount due to availability. $342/night ($400.14 with tax). Called many times to see if there are better rates.

Then I get a Pin Code. So excited! But again....no availability. So have any of you kept calling to see if rooms get released? And if so, is it about 2-3 weeks before? Or.....?

When did you get you pin code? I'm just curious as we got one of Thursday. Wondering if you got yours the same time and maybe it's a Hawaii send out time or something.

I'm going to call today to see about our dates in November.

Is airfare to HI dropping at the same times the PINs are offered for?

Airfare is always pretty crazy, but once in awhile Hawaiian has "deals". The latest one came out 10/5, but only with an 8-day booking period (which of course will sell out in less than that). It was $388 LAX-HNL. But not the other way around.
