Got a code

I have had a horrible week and believe it or not codes were my last thought. My mom passed away on Sunday morning and when I came home from the hospital I got my mail and there was a 30% off postcard in my mailbox.
We weren't planning on a trip this year but now my dh has decided we need it. We are trying to decide between poly and AkL. Any suggestions.

I am so sorry about your Mother. My Mother passed away 6 months ago and my Father just passed away, not even six months after her passing. I know the Hurt you and your Family are going through. My Prayers and Thoughts are with you and Your Loved ones.

Sorry to hear about your mom. My mom Passed away on Nov. 28th and it has been hard. My prayers are with you. Congrats on getting a code. Planning a trip has helped me keep my mind occupied. Hope you have a good trip.

So sorry you have all lost loves so recently.

angeleigh -- Was your mom a WDW fan at all? Which resort would she have preferred? My advice would be to book this trip as a memorial to her and to have the best time ever knowing she's there with you in spirit.

My mom loved Disney World when she could go but she only was able to go twice in her life and never stayed on sight. Her favorite ride was It's a Small World. Her most recent trip was about 4 years ago and she had a blast.
I know if she could she would choose any deluxe resort because even though she couldn't always afford nice things when she could she would. : )
Thinking about planning a trip is helping a little I just wish I could take her with me.

First, let me say how terribly sorry I am to hear about your Mama. I lost mine the 6th of December, and it has been hard. We did have a trip in December to Disney that helped. It's just been hard since the holidays. But, hey, I'm looking forward to my next trip in May.
Personally, I would choose the Poly over the AK, but that is just my opinion.
I hope wherever you decide you and your family will have a very enjoyable trip. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
