Got a call from Disney today

I received a call from FL today asking me to confirm the number of rooms in my grand gatherings party. She said that they were assigning the rooms now and just wanted to be sure on the number.

Anyone ever get a call like this? Seemed weird to me. I booked with a travel agent, why didn't they call them?
