:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: He is now in the shower. And he does not appreciate the humor I seemed to have FOUND in all this :lmao: :lmao:

Sheesh...he is 24yo...you would think he would learn :rotfl: :rotfl:

His DGF princess: his away with family for the weekend, so thankfully, she does not have to deal with having to look at his horrible hands :rotfl2:

I told him when he is done showering to come down and he can SOAK his hands in HOT soapy water for 15 mins. (another posters TIP)!!! So that is the NEXT plan of action.

:cloud9: :goodvibes :cloud9: :goodvibes :cloud9: :goodvibes :lmao:

Well, if he finds something that works....be sure to post it like this example so a google search will pick it up for the next "lucky" soul who doesn't read directions.

ex: xxxxxxx is the ONLY thing that removes Gorilla Glue from skin & hands.

LOL....now of course, the next person to search google, will just find this post...and no real answer. :rotfl2:

:offtopic: This glue thing reminds me of eons ago for Halloween I used the 'easily removeable' tooth blackening for my 'derelict hooker' costume!
Why didn't it click that when the directions on the bottle were in horrifically broken English, that this might not be the way to go????
It took a week to wear off :teeth:

Is the stuff sticky, rubbery? We use hair dryers to soften up heavy glues, before scraping, at the shop--haven't ever tried it on Gorilla Glue, though!

ok not sure about gorrilla glue, but i know wd 40 will remove most construction adhesives, laquer thinner will cut the glue. but may burn hands, and will burn like the dickens if theres a scratch.. pumix\ce stone, light sand paper and vaseline works on some glues, hot soapy water is waste on the gorilla glue, that only will help with latex or water based adhesives,

He might try gasoline. My DH got the tar all over himself when he was working on our foundation. Gasoline made it come right off. Gpod Luck !

I was looking at the Gorilla Glue website to try to see what its made of so I could go google on that....BUT instead under the benefits I see it says it can be sanded off....and it dries light tan.

SIMPLE: Take son tomorrow to get a spray tan to match the color of the glue!!! :teeth:

You can thank me in the morning. :teeth: :goodvibes :cloud9:

ALL RIGHT GANG!!! UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!

DS has been soaking his hands in HOT water for 15 mins PLUS....I found in my bathroom cabinets something called a PUMICE SPONGE!!! My sis had given me several a few months back and just remember I had them.

Well THAT IS WORKING...between the soaking and now the Pumice Sponge, it appears that the GLUE is coming off!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!

We (DH & I) have decided DS should apply MIRACLE HAND REPAIR creme on both his hands when he is done scrapping away and then PUT SOCKS ON and go to bed....

SOOOO, once again, MY FRIENDS ( :goodvibes :cloud9: ) you have all come through for me!!!

SOAKING the 15 minutes in HOT soapy water as well as the PUMICE SPONGE. Following up with Miracle Hand Repair and SOCKS!!!! :thumbsup2

And for Google's sake:
To remove Gorilla Glue from skin and hands, soak hands for 15 minutes in hot soapy water, and then rub with pumice stone or pumice sponge.

(I know you were so excited, you forgot.) ;)
