GoPro users... Please disable your red recording lights !

I bought a GoPro yesterday, and the first thing I did, was turn off the beeping sound and the red light! We're ready to record our trip...in 339 days. D'oh!

Respectfully, I disagree with most of this thread. Please don't paint all videographers with the same brush. I used a GoPro at Disney this summer to make a really wonderful vacation video (link in my signature), and I think I was respectful of those around me while I was doing it. If I am not using flash or blinking my lights, then what's it to you if I use a selfie stick? Why does that make me obnoxious? The footage I got of my whole family enjoying the attractions and interacting with the cast members is priceless. And for me, editing a video like this when I ge home is almost as much fun as the vacation was.

To answer a question from earlier in the thread - the only rides I couldn't use a selfie stick on were the water park rides. On those I handheld the camera. No problem taking it anywhere else.

I find it to be extremely annoying when people are in public places talking loudly on a cell phone.... let's ban cell phones! Give me break.

There are plenty of disrespectful people who have no consideration for others regardless of what they're doing. WDW is no exception.

Some people aren't happy unless they have something to complain about.
