How can I take my GoPro on the the aquaduck can I hold it or do you need sometype of a mount and if I need a mount what type

You can only take it if it's strapped to your body. People have used either a body mount or head mount. No hand-held cameras allowed.

I have always mounted mine on the chest or head.

You will need your hands. During the ride, it's your choice after you get going I guess.
