Despite that Al Lutz wrote that it's rethemeing is behind schedule and it won't make the opening I think it will. Al is wrong on dates about 75% or more of the time, so I never give him credit on when stuff will happen.
If you look at pictures of the progress there is little left to do. Signage is missing but that could be bolted on overnight. The ride vehicles are on the track however recently they have had one on the track for testing, so I'd bet the rest are at WDI waiting for the time to ship them to Anaheim.
Also keep in mind that while Disney may change it's schedule, it is the main and best source for everyone else's calendars.
