Goofy's Kitchen/Storytellers - What time do they open?

Since we are looking for a place to wait for park opening after getting Fantasmic Dessert Buffet tickets, we were wondering about our options. Someone suggested the Storyteller's Cafe. Does anyone know what time it opens, as well as Goofy's Kitchen?

<font face="Comic Sans MS"><font color=#00009c>Another option you might consider is the La Brea Bakery. It has some indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio. I think we were there at 7am, and it was open. It's the last shop/restaurant before you get to DL and DCA, and is a perfect spot to enjoy the morning, without having to walk all the way back to the hotels (not that they're really far).

We had breakfast a couple of times with Dan Murphy there back in February and really enjoyed it.
