Goofy's Kitchen Question

My sister is taking her kids ages 6 and 2 to Goofy's kitchen next week. They recieved their vouchers that they paid for as part of their vacation package and there is not one included for the 2 year old.
Are kids under 3 free at Goofy's kitchen?

Yes they are! We took full advantage of this in May...my 2 year old is an eater!
