Goofy's Kitchen Current Pricing

I'm thinking about going for my birthday next month but am getting conflicting information from various websites, a strange majority all from 2009. Of course's Disney's website isn't very helpful.

Disneyland.com says that Goofy's Kitchen is $36 & up.
The pricing listed on disboards.com says

Breakfast & Lunch: Adults (ages 10 and up) $25.99, Children (ages 3 - 9) $13.99
DINNER PRICE: Adults: $31.99, Children (3-9) $13.99
Hours: Brunch: 7:00 AM– 1:00 PM (Mon. thru Fri.), 7:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Sat. and Sun.) Dinner: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Daily

Some reviews I've read said that tax, tip, and drinks are included, but some I've read said that after tax and tip, the meal comes out to $45/person (and didn't mention drinks). I know it's popular nowadays for buffets to charge extra for drinks (I miss included drinks at Hometown -_- ) Also, is it still a buffet? One thing I ran across had menu items listed separately with prices set next to them.

I want to figure out pretty closely how much this will cost so I can decide whether to go or wait for a more milestone birthday. Thanks!

The food portion price is $32 off season and $36 peak season. It includes soft drinks. Then you need to add tax and tip (roughly 24% total) which brings the cost to $40 off season and $45 peak season. (We are in peak season.) This is for dinner. I can give you the other prices later when I get to work, as I keep them in a spread sheet.

Allears generally keeps their menu pricing current.

As for drinks, I was there in October and want to say soft drinks/coffee/tea were included since I vaguely remember DS5 having sprite and drinking iced tea myself (and we rarely will buy soft drinks) ... not sure if they even serve alcohol since that was not our drink-ey night.
