Goofy's Kitchen at Lunch

I've read much about breakfast and dinner at Goofy's. We were hoping to catch lunch/brunch on the day we leave, around 11:40 to Noon. Is the character interaction pretty much the same, or do they disappear around lunch time? Thanks for the tips.

I just looked at DL website and Goofy's kitchen just serves breakfast from 7 am-1:30 pm and dinner from 5 pm -8:45 pm. Therefore, I assume the character interaction would be the same during the breakfast time.

The Goofy's closing times seem to change at some points, during slower seasons or weeks, or during busier time frames. Some days they may stop serving at noon. Then there are the 1:00 closings and the 2 p.m. closings.
