Goofy's Candy Co. Gift Card / 50th Birthday Ideas

I was wondering if anyone has a design for a Goofy's Candy Company gift card. Ex. This entitles you to one free treat at Goofy's Candy Co.

I saw some examples further on in the thread, but it looks like the person is no longer doing them. It's for an upcoming trip for my stepdad.

If anyone could help out, that would be so great!

I also am looking for ideas for my mom's 50th birthday! We are staying at the wilderness Lodge and I'm having a cake delivered to the room. We are also going to Le Cellier for dinner that day and Kona for breakfast (her favs!)
I'd love to see some designs.

Wendypooh has a cute Goofy Candy Co. certificate but she isn't personalizing right now. Here is one that I made. I did a generic one or one that you can personalize by inserting a textbox in word. If you don't have word...send me a pm and I will help personalize it.
