Is Goofy's at DTD included in DDP? If so, can we use snack credits?

No i just saw recent pictures in another forum & there were no DP icons next to the items

Just got back. No snack credit icons anywhere in the store, including the coffee bar.

This place is amazing and worth spending out of pocket. I got a huge oreo dipped in chocolate and rolled in three different topping. It was very reasonable....around $3.
