Day on of this journal WOOHOO! :) I'm excited to be back, can ya tell? LOL

I know this is bad, but I find it really hard to eat breakfast during my work week. I usually don't eat anything until Lunch at 12:00. I'm working on that!

Lunch

Salad with hard boiled egg, sprinkly of bacon, a few raw mushrooms, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing.

Diet Coke

K, will be back to update later! I need more water! *Runs to grab some, tripping over my feet*

Okay, I had 4 glasses of water at work and a cup of decaf tea. I have a roast in the oven (with a few mushrooms, peppers and broccolli florets) roasting...not done yet! To tide me over until dinner, I took a few pieces of the leftover pizza in the fridge and ate the toppings from them.

So far so good! I'm working on my water bottle now. I'll have 3 done by bed time.

Dinner
Pot roast with mushrooms, a few red peppers and a few florets of brocolli *yum!*
Water
2 small ind. cup of SF jello

45 Minutes Tae Bo Energy - I love Tae Bo!
15 Minutes/Program 2, "I Want Those Arms" - This gets easier and easier every time I do it and I really see the difference! Gonna do Abs tomorrow - ouch!

3 big bottled waters after work
