Goodbye DDP, Hello Orlando Restaurants

Thanks. There are certainly enough recommendations for our Jan. vacation. We were big fans of the DDP but with the impending changes, it's not going to work for us anymore. I'm looking forward to seeing what lies beyond the gates....thanks again!

I know it's a chain but we really like Red Lobster and Jimmy Buffets margaritavile (located in city walk). You could always pick up the Orlando version of Zagat's reviews....they usually are good judges of restaurants.

I have no input on Orlando area restaurants, but I must say that if the restaurant owners have a poor first quarter in 2008, it isn't because Disney didn't give them a heck of a Christmas gift. lol Maggie

If I owned a restaurant down there, I would be sooooo happy that Disney screwed up the DDP and sent me all those customers.

Exactly, I wonder if the Orlando area restaurants are going to become so popular that they will get their own board on the DIS? Maggie
