Good veggie meal?

I am thinking about dropping our Ohana ressie since mom is not really a meat eater. So I need a place that has really good veggies. She eats meat but is not in love with it.

We just got back from our vacation and I can't say enough good things about the Vegetarian Shepard's Pie I had at Rose and Crown. There were portabello mushrooms underneath green beans, corn and peas with a layer of mashed potatoes on top all mixed with a light gravy sauce. So good! We enjoyed eating there so much it's going on our list of must dos for our May trip.
